Why is a train in a slightly different place than in real life?
Most subway trains run underground without GPS, so positions are estimated from each transit agency's live arrival predictions. They're usually close, and correct themselves every 20–30 seconds.
A city says it can't reach live data.
The app downloads data directly from each transit agency. Check your internet connection; if the agency's feed is down, trains reappear when it's back.
The app collects no personal data. Read the privacy policy.
