My alarm didn't go off

• Open Settings → Where Now → Location and choose Always. With "While Using the App", alarms can't go off when the app is closed.
• Make sure Precise Location is on in the same screen.
• Where Now relies on GPS. Underground, in tunnels or deep inside large buildings there may be no signal, so an alarm can be late or not go off.
• For "Leaving" alarms, iPhone usually notices you've left a few hundred feet after you go.
• For a train or bus stop, use a bigger distance so you have time to wake up.

How many places can I add?

iPhone lets an app watch up to 20 places at a time. You can add more and switch them on and off as needed.

Reminders for to-dos

Choose "Any nearby" to be reminded near any shop of that kind, such as any florist or pharmacy, or "One place" for a particular one. You can mark a to-do as done right from the notification.
